Shipping policy
Please note that all orders are sent via USPS. Once your order has left our facility, it becomes the carrier's responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we ask that you file a complaint directly with USPS. Further, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be left at your front door. USPS will, on occasion, deliver your order to your closest Post Office for pick up. If you choose not to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will give you a refund minus the taxes, shipping cost, and a ten-dollar restocking fee. Also, if the products are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be given a refund minus taxes, shipping, and a ten-dollar restocking fee. The refund will be issued once the products are returned to us by the carrier.
