Healthy Sugar-Free Tiramisu Cups

For 2–3 servings

Oat Cake Base:

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons AluSweet sweetener

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons coffee

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Cream Layer:

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon AluSweet sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract

To Assemble:

  • Brewed coffee (unsweetened)

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the oat cake. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook it like a pancake until done. Let it cool, then crumble into small pieces and set aside.

  2. For the cream layer, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, AluSweet, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Brew your preferred coffee and let it cool slightly.

  4. In small glasses or cups, start layering: first oat cake crumbs, then a splash of coffee, followed by a layer of the cream. Repeat until full.

  5. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your guilt-free tiramisu!
