
Healthy Sugar-Free Tiramisu Cups

For 2–3 servings
Oat Cake Base:

½ cup oat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons AluSweet sweetener

1 egg

3 tablespoons coffee

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Cream Layer:

½ cup cream cheese

1 tablespoon AluSweet sweetener

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

½ tablespoon vanilla extract
To Assemble:

Brewed coffee (unsweetened)

Cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the oat cake. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook it like a pancake until done. Let it cool, then crumble into small pieces and set aside.

For the cream layer, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, AluSweet, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.

Brew your preferred coffee and let it cool slightly.

In small glasses or cups, start layering: first oat cake crumbs, then a splash of coffee, followed by a layer of the cream. Repeat until full.

Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your guilt-free tiramisu!
