Sugar-Free Pumpkin-Shaped Cookies

A delicious, festive, and healthy version of classic Danish cookies in pumpkin shape! Perfect for Halloween or simply to enjoy a sweet moment.

Ingredients: (20 units)

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour (170 g)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons milk (as needed)
  • 50 g AluSweet Allulose powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Orange food coloring
  • Pumpkin seeds for decoration

Preparation:

In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add AluSweet Allulose powder and mix.

In another container, beat the butter with the orange zest and vanilla until you get a creamy mixture. Add the egg.

Add the dry ingredients and integrate with folding movements. If the dough is too firm, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk.

Add the orange food coloring and place the mixture in a piping bag with a star tip.

Pipe the cookies onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and decorate with a pumpkin seed to simulate the stem.

Freeze for 10-15 minutes so they maintain their shape.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.

Let cool... and enjoy crispy, aromatic, sugar-free cookies that everyone loves!
