
Sugar-Free Banana Pancakes

Fluffy, naturally sweet, and made without any added sugar, these banana pancakes are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack. Quick to prepare and full of flavor, they’re a great way to enjoy something sweet without compromising your health goals.
For 1–2 servings
Pancakes:

1 egg

3 tablespoons oat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

A dash of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons milk or plant-based milk

Drops of AluSweet tagatose to taste

1 ripe banana
Toppings:

AluSweet Maple Syrup

Blueberries

Chocolate chips
Preparation:

In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

Add the egg, oat flour, baking powder, vanilla, milk, and AluSweet tagatose. Mix until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and, if needed, lightly grease it.

Pour small portions of the batter into the pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
