No-Bake Berry Dessert Cups

For 4–6 servings
Base:

150 g crushed cookies (sugar-free if preferred)

50 g unsalted butter, melted
Cream Layer:

3 tablespoons cream cheese (Philadelphia-style)

¼ cup sugar-free condensed milk (AluSweet)

Sugar-free jam (store-bought or homemade, see below)
Topping (Choose one):

Meringue
-
Whipped cream
Homemade Berry Jam:

500 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

¼ cup powdered AluSweet sweetener

Juice of 1 large lemon
Preparation:

Prepare the jam: In a saucepan, combine the berries, AluSweet, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency. Let it cool.

Make the base: Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter. Divide into serving cups and press gently to form the base layer.

Make the cream: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the AluSweet condensed milk until smooth. Spoon over the cookie base in each cup.

Add a generous layer of sugar-free berry jam on top of the cream.

Finish with a dollop of meringue or whipped cream, and chill until ready to serve.
